Refurbish and M&E fit out a 1000m2 industrial unit into a production, office, amenity space and bakery shop.
Scope of Works
A comprehensive fire, security, mechanical and electrical installation project, which included:
- Main power distribution
- General power and lighting
- Emergency lighting installation
- Fire alarm incorporating manual and automatic detection
- Intruder alarm system
- High specification CCTV system including digital video recorder
- Hot and cold water services
- Heat pump air conditioning system
- Supply and extract ventilation system
- Gas installation
- Commission and test all of the above
